First impressions close deals. I'll guide you on what to do before listing, coordinate professional photography, and write listing copy that speaks to the right buyer. Every listing also includes a lifestyle video that highlights the property, the neighborhood, and the town, giving buyers a real sense of what it would feel like to live there. For vacant homes, I offer minimal staging to bring warmth to the space. If you're still living in the home, I'll work with you to stage using what you already have.

Your listing goes live on the MLS and syndicates across Zillow, Realtor.com, and other major platforms.
