Tour and evaluate

Before we set foot in any property, I gather all available information so you're fully informed going in. I also offer video tours where you can join me live as I walk the home and property, sharing my honest read on condition, what the photos got right, and what they didn't.

Make a strong offer

When you're ready, I'll craft an offer that's competitive without overexposing you. We'll go through every term before you sign anything.

Inspections and due diligence

This is where buyers are protected. I'll help you understand inspection reports, negotiate repairs, and know when to walk away.

Close and move in

We'll coordinate with title, escrow, and your lender to reach closing day smoothly. And I'll still be a resource long after you have keys in hand.
